Gloria Morrison

February 14, 1939 - January 29, 2015

Gloria Morrison, age 75, wife of John Morrison, and a resident of Prospect, TN, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015, at her residence. The family has chosen to grant Gloria's wishes by not having any services. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born on February 14, 1939 in Norwich, Connecticut, Gloria was the daughter of the late Alden Donaldson Smith and the late Blanche Young Myers. She was a retired waitress from the Tennessean Truck stop. She enjoyed gardening as well as feeding and watching the birds. In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughters: Janine (Eugene) Smith and Corinne Morrison; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons: Donald Aden Morrison and John E, Morrison, Jr.; and her great-granddaughter: Aspen Nichole Bailey.
