Hillard Yocom

Hillard Yocom, age 82, a resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015, at his residence. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born on October 22, 1932 in Lawrence County, TN, Hillard was the son of the late Mack B. and Linn M. Clark Yocom. He served his country in the United States Army and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife: Betty Rhodes of Lawrenceburg; son: Curtis Yocom of Lawrenceburg; step-son: Edward (Mariah) Tripp of Alabama; step-daughter: Barbara (Johnny) Jones of Lawrenceburg; sisters: Cora Cobb of Lawrenceburg, Myra (Lauren) Barham of Missouri; granddaughter: Amanda Jones; and great-grandchildren: Javari McCall and Jerzei McCall. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.
