Mrs. Carol Sue Kelley, age 69, wife of Daniel Kelley and a resident of Frye Road in Columbia, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at her residence. The family will celebrate her life with services at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born on October 8, 1945 in Defiance, Ohio, Carol was the daughter of the late Vincent Schafer and the late Mildred Beemer Schafer. Carol worked as a homemaker.
