Dorothy Jeanne Schmelkin, age 65, of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday in Franklin.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter: Kristine McGee of Columbia; a sister: Claudia Johnson of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews. She had an associate’s degree in computer programming.
