Mrs. Linda Katherine Davidson, age 70, wife of William Davidson, and a resident of Lynnville, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on August 3, 1945 in North Carolina, Linda was the daughter of the late Worth Layton and the late Nellie Manual Layton.

In addition to her husband, William, she is survived by her son: Larry (Monica) Mitchell of Murfreesboro; daughters: Debbie (Roger) Little of Chapel Hill, Linda Sue Mallard of Shelbyville, Lisa Morgan of Shelbyville, Angel (Jamie) Ford of Woodbury; step-children: Gary (Holly) Davidson of Good Spring, Anthony Davidson of Pulaski; brother: Tracy Layton of Belfast; sister: Frances Cooper of Lewisburg; grandchildren: Jacob, McKenzie, Madison, Tamara, Michael, Ashley, Jessie, Tyler, Cassie, Wesley, Jared, Makayla, Valerie; and great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: David and Clifford; and sister: Louise.
