Mr. Glen D. Murphy, age 66, a resident of Mt. Pleasant, passed away January 8, 2017 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Born on October 18, 1950 in Fremont, Ohio, Glen was the son of the late Ray F. Murphy and the late Betty Overmeyer Murphy. He worked in maintenance at Columbia Gas in Ohio. He enjoyed fishing and loved nature. Glen liked studying and could talk to anyone about any subject. His siblings not only thought of him as a brother, but as a friend.
He is survived by his brother: Larry Murphy (Dorothy Kauble) of Findlay, OH; and sister: Carol May of Adrian, MI.
