Samuel Peevyhouse, age 61, a resident of Linden, passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Lewis County Nursing Home.
He is survived by his father: Gene Peevyhouse; son: Thomas Peevyhouse; and daughters: Samantha Peevyhouse and Normandy Peevyhouse. He is preceded in death by his mother: Elizabeth Jackson Peevyhouse.
