Edward Stamelos of Franklin, Tennessee

Mr. Edward George Stamelos, age 77, a resident of Franklin, formerly of Ukiah, California, passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Alive Hospice in Nashville.

The family will celebrate his life with services at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home of Franklin is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on May 12, 1938 in Springfield, Massachusetts, Edward was the son of the late George Stamelos and the late Gardina Gualberti Stamelos. He served his country in the National Guard and was retired from the Highway Patrol as a police officer. He is survived by his son, Mark Stamelos of Franklin and two grandchildren.
