Ethel Goodwin, age 85, a resident of Columbia, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2013 NHC Columbia.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 4:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. The family will also visit with friends on Saturday from 3-4 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born in Billingsly, AL on August 3, 1928, Ethel was the daughter of the late Erskine and Lena Shepheard Downs.
She is survived by her son: Willie Goodwin of Sherwood, AR; sister: Nancy Tyrs of Columbia; three grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
