Minnie Sue Coy

March 22, 1924 - September 6, 2012

Ms. Minnie Sue Coy, age 88 and a resident of Franklin passed into eternity on Thursday morning, September 6, 2012 at NHC-Franklin.

Per her request, her remains have been lovingly gifted to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Her family will celebrate her life with private services at a later date. The family has been assisted with arrangements by Heritage Funeral Home.

Ms. Coy was born March 22, 1924 in Yuma, TN and was the daughter of James C. and Ruby Cary Rainey. She was a cosmetologist and a member of the Mt. Washington Baptist Church in Cincinnati, OH.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three siblings. She is survived by nieces and nephews: Tammy Rudolph, Dan Renfroe, Judith Beach, and Jerry Melton.
