James Nelson Jones, age 59, husband of June Holt Jones and a resident of McMinnville, TN, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Private Memorial Services will be held for Mr. Jones at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home of Franklin is assisting the family and in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Jones was a veteran of the United States Army and later became a self-employed plumbing and electrical contractor. He was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness.

In addition to his wife,, Mr. Jones is survived by mother, Clessie Zoll of McMinnville; son, John Robert Jones of Wartrace; daughter Jessica Marie Jones of Tullahoma; grandson, Nathaniel Issac Lee Rose of Tullahoma and brother, Alfred Howard Zoll of McMinnville, TN.

He was preceded in death by father, Willie Robert Jones.
